Louser Martin is a Kenyan business woman and an entrepreneur, Louser got married to Mr Daniel Martin in 2014 and the couple is blessed with 4 beautiful children.
On January 2023 Mr Daniel filed a case against his wife for denying him his conjugal right, Daniel told the magistrate court in Kenya that his wife don't allow him touch her or make any sexual advances with her for 6 months and it has lead to him being mentally unstable.
According to Mr Daniel..
"Everything started when I returned back from my 2 months trip,I went for a business trip to South Africa and before I left I was in a very good relationship with my wife and everything was going well, It surprises me how I suddenly became sexually unattractive to her, I have tried in so many ways to find out what went wrong but she kept mute, so I decided to bring up the case here maybe she can tell the court.."
He further added that the condition has became so much unbearable to him, and he is not a flit who could make his way out through sex workers.
My wife is mine and only her I know,I don't cheat,I don't have another woman else where since I married her,even when I went to South Africa i remain faithful,I have gotten advice from my friends to go and satisfy myself with sex workers but I said no because I have a woman at home Mr Daniel said.
Magistrate court in Kenya asked sensitive and intelligent questions to Louser and urged her to speak up and tell the court what lead to her sudden change.
Louser told the court that she discovered that she is HIV positive when her husband was away, and she don't want to have sex with her husband as she discovered her status.. because she don't want to share the disease with her husband, reason because she loves him and also don't have the courage to open up to him.
According to Louser..
"I love you Daniel and our beautiful kids and I want you all to live let me face my consequences alone, I'm infected with HIV and I don't want to share it with you that's why I chose to stay away from you sexually.. I'm so sorry for everything I didn't have the courage to tell you" she said.
Mr Daniel remain shocked as he don't know the come about of the disease,court asked Daniel when last they had sex and also told him to first go for HIV taste to know his status,that will help to find out if Louser got the disease from another man or from her husband.
This is pointing at infidelity, if Daniel is negative,it shows that louser is not faithful,judges said.
